Odette Transport Label

All goods (excluding test articles and sample products) packed in Scania packing materials must be marked with an Odette Transport Label when EDI or WebEDI is used for dispatch advice messages.

Odette Transport Label for green plastic boxes

For sequence controlled deliveries, all the plastic boxes must be marked with an Odette Transport Label as well as a main goods mark type G for the pallet unit.

For deliveries of mixed goods, each plastic box must be marked with an Odette Transport Label type S. The pallet unit must be marked with an Odette transport label type G.

For deliveries of unmixed goods (one and the same article number), each plastic box must be marked with an Odette Transport Label type S. The pallet unit must be marked with an Odette transport label type M.

Attaching the Odette Transport Label 

The label must be attached in such a way that it can be read by an automatic registration station without any manual handling. The master label for mixed item G must be placed on a goods label holder and the goods label holder shall be positioned on the 800 mm side.
